I'm still waiting on my gold shitting unicorn to arrive gallantly galloping over the rainbow.

That MFing short guy in the green suit is too fast. I've given up on catching him. I don't know how he moves that heavy pot so damn fast.

Having the highest R viewers between Kimmel and the other two is the Captain Obvious moment of the century.

Agreed?
Sure, but essentially an even split among Rs, Ds, and Is (Fallon is pretty close), should tell us that his show is not overtly political, which has shown to turn off Republicans:

But that is what this debate really is, right?

The responsibility of government?

This is how that debate usually plays out: One person can say "the government should cover health insurance" but then the other person will come back with the strawman of "well then should the government cover this, this, and this" even though the first person never said that in the first place.

Kimmel is political. He's actually overtly political. Most people are.

We may be using different definitions of overtly though.

No.

I just want some of the fairness you want. Send me some dog gone book money. I want some of yours.

Feel free to explain that. Or don't.

Bottom line, eventually, enough people will get tired of financially supporting other people and their kids and you won't like the outcome. That's the realistic view, whether you like it or not. It already happened last November, and I'm not particularly thrilled with the outcome. Maybe you are?

So, why not address it before that happens? I'll even give you a hint. Free market insurance is the answer.

Lying on an insurance document isn't the only thing that could get you dropped pre-ACA.

But, again, how long should Kimmel's son have been barred from insurance because of his pre-existing condition? Life?

You just played out the exact scenario that I outlined in my post.

Congratulations.

The debate is about don't have children if you can't care and provide for them.

Kimmel's son wasn't barred from insurance. He was a responsible parent.

No. You said the government should be responsible for this, this and this.

I never said the government should pay for my child's books. I asked you for a donation. You seem to be a caring and giving soul. You have paypal?

It isn't.

That's what y'all want it to be about, because that's the only chance you have, but that's not what it's about. You are so out of touch with what's happening, you can't even recognize something this simple.

Again, we're starting to see that. And some of you people wonder why we're stuck with fricking Trump.

But his show isn't particularly political, compared to others, and he's seen as far more even in it.

And even this story is more about the interpretation than the overt political support itself. Of course the political opportunists will twist it to support their views (the left in this case).

Thankfully, the ACA doesn't allow that.

But pre-ACA, he would have been forced into an underfunded and wait-listed high risk pool the minute he was an adult. For the crime of being born.

And if a family that is able to cover 99% of everything except for the 1% catastrophe in life that comes out of nowhere (even with insurance), should a government that you pay into your whole life have something to help you out in that time of need?

Goal post move? Overtly to particularly

Well, when you use Cobert and the other one then it's easy to be considered more middle of the road in comparison.

He's overtly political.

Have a policy discussion with a progressive whenever you're wondering how Trump won. It makes for great "oh, right" moments
