I voted for Bush, Dole, Bush, McCain and Romney. They didn’t give a shite about the things that affect the regular person.
I like Trump because it’s the only candidate in my lifetime that has been anti-establishment (drain the swamp). I hope he has more success in his 2nd term and the team he has built so far gives me hope he will.
ETA nvm I did vote in 2012 primaries for Ron Paul. Didn’t vote in general election

He's not a pussy and says what's on his mind and he is not your typical talk a good story politician. He actually does or tries to do what he says he will do.
He puts the media and the new-age Democrats in their place. The border issue has become a bigger part of his appeal following Biden-Harris, but how is with media, Democrats and other foreign leaders is what makes him so popular. He fights and doesn't back down.

I'm not a huge fan of Trump....but I'm going to vote for him because the Dems are full on fascist. When someone in Gov tells you what is fair and uses fairness to justify what they are going to do, without telling you what they are actually going to do, that person is the enemy of liberty. I'm voting for the very flawed liberal who may be the Republics last-best hope

Political corruption ebbs and flows. The democrats garnered favor over the past 2 decades. They have become so deeply and largely corrupt they can no longer hide it.
It’s like a bad movie plot. Their decision making is nonsense because they have ulterior motives.
Example: The Ukraine war. The party of “We want peace” had zero mediation or negotiation between Ukraine and Russia. Continuously push the war when it’s obviously nonsense so they can continue to get their kickbacks from the military industrial complex.

Even the people who hate him used to support him and were very close.
He’s been in kids movies, been on TV, been in the press and everyone loved him until he ran for president.
He is liked so much because he isn’t a typical DC politician. I can understand a few people not liking him at first because of how he was treated but most people want progress instead of trying to get rid of Trump. The last 8 years the priority has been how bad Trump is while politicians spend our tax money trying to get rid of him.
