What do you suppose is going on at CNN?

I saw Brooke Baldwin's farewell speech a few days ago, and she referred to CNN as "this place" in what seemed to be a bitter tone. I don't know why she'd leave the network at 41, while in no danger of losing that job.
Now I'm watching Kate Bolduan sit there with her dead eyes, looking like she doesn't give a shite about anything. I know they've just ended their longstanding airport deals, which they no longer can or want to pay for. Cuomo, Cooper and Blitzer are a joke, and they even got in trouble when their a-hole reporter said Tiger was loopy on pills when he crashed (he wasn't).
The election is over, Trump is gone, and I don't think the dubious foreign money that's been holding them up has stuck around. Is it possible that I'm about to get my wish and witness CNN go completely out of business? It's looking pretty sad over there.

when ESPN decided to go back to focusing on sports and John Skipper was ousted they at least had a fall back position.
post OMB what does CNN fall back to? straight news coverage? or do they go even harder left? who would want to buy this crap network? they did their OMB job but now what?

CNN overpaid for anchors when Orange Man Bad was President. Now that Xi Biden, Pedo Quid Pro Quo Joe is President, there's no need for expensive anchors at CNN, so they're apparently firing liberal women of color.

They probably have a post-Trump hangover. They have been high on TDS for 5 years. Now, they are trying to continue drinking (report on Trump ad nauseum) to regain their buzz, but that is falling short too.
