They can try this but it is dependent on state and local law being willing to enforce it.

If you want to look at it from a political lense, by putting out this info, and having the numbers stay up, you can then blame people for not listening to the most trusted man in America:
as he locks the nation down.
My guess is that the info is not accurate.
