The narrative was changed from global warming to climate change. Hot or cold, rain or snow, it's all about the control of simple minded people.

It’s interesting when a high temperature is compared to the closest past high temperature which was in 1872. What happened then? Was that global warming? (I refuse to accept the new bullshite term “climate change.”) frick you arrogant assholes.

Sounds concerning. We should probably give the government more money to figure out what’s going on.

"Climate scientist" like to concentrate on number 1.
I mean, maybe that would have something to do with not being able to have any control over Number 4, but able to have some control over Number 1?
Seems pretty reasonable to me.

Eventually, the sun will turn into a Red Giant and the Earth will be engulfed in flames.

Trump is a-hole and the Sun has rejected him.

Just an FYI, higher concentrations of CO2 is making the earth's atmosphere more temperate because of greening. Greening causes more plant life respiration and thus higher concentrations of water vapor. Higher concentrations of water vapor cause a more temperate temperate atmosphere because water has the highest capacity of all atmospheric constituents.

Saturn's moon Titan will probably be habitable by then.

We need to get control of this climate change or we will start feeling the miniscule effects by the year 2976.

My answer is that the "climate scientist" crowd is fudging data to make their jobs seem more important than they really are, thus keeping money flowing into their field. Thus far both their long-term temperature and polar ice/snow predictions have fallen far short, and this happens continually.
To me, this means there's far more to planetary temperature averages than what they are looking at AND they purposely over-focus on CO2 (as a boogeyman), including ignoring that CO2 heat-trapping isn't linear but follows a logarithmic curve which shows a diminishing return for each extra molecule of CO2.

With no serious science addressing that, we have no answer.

I used to love the weather channel years ago. Now all they do is promote global warming/climate change and green crap. It reminds me of when MTV used to play MUSIC videos. Just show me the fricken weather without an agenda you stupid arseholes.

Just 15,000 years ago. I wonder what caused the big melt? The Flintstone cars did not use fossil fuels. I am perplexed.

expound on that, if you would... (dumb it down for me)

Earth is no longer warming.
Theses trends are cyclical. Roughly 12,000 years ago, we came out of an ice age that lasted around 100,000 years. Since then, there has been a "mini-ice-age" about every 500 years or so. There was one around 500 A D., there was one around 1000 A D., there was one around the 1500s and now more and more climate scientists are joining in on predicting that we are now entering another mini-ice-age 500 years after the last one. It's almost like there's a very defined, established historical precedent here!
"Man-made climate change caused by industrial pollution" didn't cause the last three mini-ice-ages. It also didn't cause the never-before-seen levels of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere during the Mesozoic Era. No less than five major ice ages have consumed this earth since the extinction of the dinosaurs, with mini-ice-ages happening in between those greater ice ages as well, and man didn't cause those either.
But what the hell do I know. I just need to throw more money into Democrat laundering machines to make the climate gooder!

This I have been explaining that for years actually. Nobody wants to believe it. There was a mini Ice Age I think it was 17th century so that’s about right.
