I will take some heat for this but I got 2 shots. Had elderly family i wanted to visit and couldnt without. Arm wasnt really twisted to be honest.

No boosters when it became evident that it didnt do anything positive at all. Felt it probably out me down for a day or two.

I do think we kind of lose, in the fugue of our idealogy, the immeasurable; and by that, i mean we can attribute every post covid to death to the vaccine and ignore the potential that the illness may also have been present and may have caused later deaths. Or we can simply deny its existence entirely and pass blame on the Vaccine.

I say this with vast temperament. I feel we werre horribly misled by Pfizer and Astra and the others, and by our politicians. I would not take those first 2 shots today; BUT i have a but:
I dont think that should lead to system wide distrust of medical professionals and administrators, because so many good, compassionate and scientific minded people ARE working in that field.

One of the largest failures of the Biden Administration (besides border/economy) is their conplete failure to do a post-analysis and breakdown of Covid.

They won the issue in their minds (somehow) and forgot about it.


We should be analaysing everything, with rigour, and drawing conclusions about everything from efficacy of preventative measures, mental health and social intelligence effects of lockdowns, systemic rise in alcohol and drug abuse due to isolation, increases inndomestic violence, therapeutic remedies that work or dont work for similar viruses, and public perception of endemic level events.

China is not done manufacturing and a responsible medical system would be using rational and science in a mainstream, effective and clear manner. This was and continues to be complete failure of our peer review system, our academia and our governments in communication.

Their censorship of dissenting opinion was the most dispicable thing i have ever seen and has created a very warranted mistrust when the next one comes along.

I pray we will be better for it, i pray we continue to have more good people than bad (grassroots in medical) and i am thankful pharma was exposed, but nothing in the entire system has been addressed other than peoples opinions about the vaccine
