It's the long term reality. So either deal with certain realities or live in the denial of it. Dearborn has had the same ethnic makeup for 40+ years with Arabs having the plurality and then now the majority. Whether you think it's a "good" thing is irrelevant. Plus a great # of those Arabs are American citizens that have 3&4 generations in the area....a great majority came here legally via the auto industry.

They are counting Arabs as white.
