We freaking need gun control, it’s that simple

We don’t need gun bans, we don’t need to make owning guns against the law, but like narcotics, chemicals, etc... we need to be able to better CONTROL who owns and uses guns. We need to be able to know who the law abiding gun owners are so we can crack down on illegal gun owners, similar to knowing who legal immigrants are so we can crack down on illegal immigrants.
It wouldn’t solve our problems but it could help

I’d like to know the Democrats ideas. just because I’m curious as to what they think would work.

I’ve owned every rifle and shotgun I have for over 30 years. No one needs to know shite about them and I don’t need to register a damn thing. They have not nor have I ever harmed a soul. They are tools, for killing things. I rarely use them and one could be described as high capacity and is semiauto, it’s a damn tube loader .22. F you and the pearl clutchers like you.

What would happen under your plan is that eventually you'd have corrupt politicians use the gun registry to find their political opposition and disarm them.
