Supreme Court justices. After today I see they both are squishy moderate cucks. Turncoats and traitors to the man who vouched for them.

Especially disappointed in Kavanaugh. Siding with the left after how they treated him. frick all of them except Alito and Thomas. Trump needs to do better if he gets another opportunity to select judges

Trump was trying to be fair and select moderate constitutionalists, which I’m sure he felt was the best move for the entirety of the country going forward. He got burned by two low character pieces of shite, and I’m sure the next ones he selects will be blatantly extremely conservative. Not his fault that his “moderates” aren’t actually moderate

Weren't they both on the list of judges he submitted during his campaign and were vouched for by Conservative groups?

Turtle tells Trump who he has the votes for. Gorsh & Kav are both left moderates Kav came from the DC court system. Turtle has his new cuck already to go some guy from Kentucky- probably left of center.

When Trump wins it will depend on the majority if he gets good ones in. America better not retard out and give Trump the Presidency and dems anything. I think the dems have demonstrated they will not work with anyone or thing but their loon marxist politics.

So Amy may be coming up. Turtle can't tell Trump no.

I hate to admit this, but ratified treaties do have the import of constitutional law.

I’m not ready yet to make a judgment on the propriety of the decision. I need more info. But I do find agreement with the liberal wing disturbing. Eventually I will read the other side or see it discussed here.

You, clearly, didn't understand the ruling then. Neither did I, to be fair, at first. Nor did anyone for that matter. Today's ruling was a win for Trump.

All of the SCOTUS can be impeached.

Kavenaugh and Gorsuch are strict constitutionalists. They did what they were put in place to do, follow the constitution. Today’s ruling was perfectly acceptable even though you are bitching.

You’re sounding a lot like the pussy libs when they don’t get their way.

in a perfect world Turtle retires and we get a good speaker alligned with Trump. in a perfect world the SCOTUS justices will never all be impeached. that is fantasy land. Roberts would be pushing it.

Why hasn't Roberts spoken out about the FISA court atrocity?

Agreed. The OP and some of the other posters need to calm down. Gorsuch and Kavanaugh are solid conservatives and are much closer to Alito/Thomas than they are to Cuck Roberts. People are overreacting too much to narrow procedural rulings. Focus on the long game. On the long game, the main loss this session was the transgender ruling.

Try to look at this long-term: Trump still has options to suppress the subpoena, which the justices already knew. Also, this decision will be binding for any future POTUS, including those from the Democratic Party. IOW, the decision will not have any practical effect on DJT in this election cycle, but will be in force for his successors.

If Jay Sekulow is satisfied with the decision, then I'm OK with it. The decision follows stare decisis, yet functionally does not allow the case to be used/abused to influence the current presidential election.

McConnell has done fine. The Federalist Society picks the judges Trump is confirming, and overall they are solidly more conservative than Bush era appointees. The real battle should be who gets to be the next GOP Speaker of the House.

Isn't the Supreme Court and the Justice System as a whole supposed to be apolitical? I know Trump thinks they all work for him but maybe there is a glimpse of hope when they don't all go full Bill Barr.

Jesus you people are insufferable. Bill Barr is about as by the book when it comes to the law as you can be. I'm sure you thought Eric Holder was the paragon of an impartial AG?

Both Gorsuch and Kavanaugh had top ratings from conservative groups and the bar association. Neither is a tool for a particular president or political party. That is what we should all want.
