We are basically 2 SC Justices away from losing the Bill of Rights completely
Posted by burger bearcat

Alito and Thomas are in their 70s. Imagine losing them and being replaced with 2 additonal Kentanji type Justices.

The county won't survive another 4 years of Marxist Democrat rule.
That's not hyperbole, that's just fact.

Election cheating has to stop and the SCOTUS has a responsibility to stop it this election cause Congress has passed a law which says the states can't recheck rigged elections before confirmation..

Worst part is, we shouldn't even be in a scenario where we're this close to it all collapsing. Totally self-inflicted.

People have the legal right of self-determination.
It may have to be exercised.

Yet another reason the installment was necessary. They almost had it, it was her turn, and Trump turned that upside down. He rightfully should have had yet 1 more.

All the signs are there, all the evidence laid bare for anyone to see. Yet we pretend 'mean tweets' and 'threats to our duh-mocracy' were the reason the basement dweller now sits in the WH.
Now? Spirit dinner witch is being floated as a possible *ambassador*. The same 'artist' who travels in the circles with John Podesta. Former Obama WH Chief of Staff and Hillary's campaign manager.

The unfortunate part is throughout human history we always get a swing back and its usually violent.
I dont know when that might be, but eventually it will get bloody.
I dont hope for it, its just written in the history of time and I see no instance that we have evolved past such an experience.
We dont respect life any more than they did in the past other than placing a dollar value on war.

The Federal Reserve Act and Civil Rights Act were the 1-2 punch to any semblance of the Constitution

They can rule against the BoR, and even overturn them as Constitutionally protected but I can't "lose" them because they're pre-existant and granted by God.

This country is run completely by big business, but yeah it’s definitely Marxism.

Astonishing now a corrupt and mentally deranged population of 5% of the US Citizens in this country can gain 100% authoritative control over the other 95%.

There is a culture war going on, the d vs r is just a facade.
The corporations are some of the ones pushing it.

So basically the same setup we had all throughout the 80s, 90s and 00,s? Oh the horror when court matters were decided on merits vs politics.

If Trump wins, do Thomas and Alito step down?

SCOTUS already ruled on cheating, and said it was fine per the ruling about PA elections. The Constitution clearly says that the state legislature is responsible for the how elections are conducted. SCOTUS said that it was fine for the state courts to make modifications to how elections were held. As soon as that ruling came down in '20, I knew the election was over.
I missed the part where there was an emergency exception written in the US Constitution, but COVID!!!!
