This guy isn’t a badass. He’s a piece of shite who ran his car through a bunch of families.

What I've read is he's being intentionally wacky to bait the judge into doing something out of procedure and then go for a mistrial. So the judge is putting up with far more than one would expect to not allow this to be an option.

There are no additional charges that are going to do anything to this guy. He’s already looking at life without the possibility of parole. However, if he can bait the judge into reacting badly then he’s dead set on a mistrial. She’s playing it smart, just letting him look foolish so there are no delays in the trial nor any legitimate shot at a mistrial.

Agreed. Get that POS scum out of existence permanently. Otherwise, if freed again, he will be in the act of committing another crime when he finally gets capped, and then a fkn hard working hero cop will have their life ruined by this scum.
