I’m locked in for Trump, but I still was rooting for Ron to mop the floor with Newsome, although I didn’t expect it to happen.
He did. Ron looked great (although with a little help from Hannity). He outperformed my expectations.
He should be the front runner for 2028.
There are a lot of disingenuous people here. Both ways. No way anyone can watch that and not come away thinking Ron won.
I can still dream of a Trump / Ron ticket. I maintain this is how Ron could coast to the Presidency in 2028 and 32.
I wonder if his thoughts about VP have changed once he realized there is no slowing down Trump. He’s better off on the MAGA ticket as VP. That’s how he gets himself to the White House for 28….by inheriting MAGA.

Because voter identification to stop fraud is a bad thing? Because forcing small children to learn about sexual issues at an early age is a good thing?
The cultural change that Newsome and his ilk promote are as old as Sodom and Gomorrah. Civil society rejected those practices. If men becoming women and competing against women is promoting women’s rights then it isn’t a right or left issue, it is a sanity issue.
Protecting democracy is trying to keep people off the ballot and charging political opponents with crimes for the same thing the Democrats do, then Nazi Germany was a democracy.
Look at how the Democrats have turned California from a paradise to a socialist shithole while Florida and Texas prosper and tell me Newsome is the answer. They had to reverse their policies temporarily for Xi to visit so he wouldn’t see the filth they allow.
Giving people incentives to work and allowing people to live their lives without government meddling or confiscation is freedom. Rewarding people for sloth is stupidity.
