Well, even with a bar exam we've seen how well "marginalized" groups of people butcher the law on TV recently. Even passing the bar exam does nothing to rid "marginalized" groups of their ingrained culture of lying and embarrassing the court. What's a few more embarrassing attorneys going to hurt?

Asteroid, please. Any time now would be good.

The same outfit is going to be finding marginalized groups are disproportionately, negatively affected by ineffective assistance of counsel in about a decade

bullshite. It doesn't eliminate incompetent attorneys but it 100000% weeds out a ton of law grads who would be.

translation "students at 3rd tier and unaccredited law schools have low bar passage rates, More news at 11."

Maybe these students from marginalized groups never should have been accepted to law school in the first place with subpar qualifications compared to other applicants. Just a thought

Translation:

******* are too fricking stupid to pass the bar, so we need to get rid of it.

Soon to be followed by;

******* are too fricking stupid to pass medical boards, so we need to get rid of them.

******* are too fricking stupid to pass a flight check, so we need to get rid of it.

******* are too fricking stupid to understand terms and conditions of loans, so we need to forgive them.

This actually makes sense the way that law is being practiced these days.

Knowledge of the law isn’t what wins. In fact, it’s those that stretch and abuse the law that are more valuable.

No bar exam requirement may result in no malpractice insurance coverage, b/c no insurer is going to provide coverage under these circumstances.

Does Washington have reciprocal licenses with other states? I can see SU grads who can’t pass the bar getting licensed there if it is reciprocal with Louisiana.

Translation: black people still can’t get it together despite 60 years of affirmative action, so let’s see what other rules we can bend. The bar exam is fricking hard. There’s a reason that really good lawyers typically pretty good money.

This gave us Fani Willis, but I think this whole thing was good for the rational part of the country. Say what you want, I know you guys think we’re all fricked, but regardless of the support she got from some people, even if they didn’t say it, most people just saw a ghetto ebonics speaking whore in the courtroom. Between her and people like Claudine Gay, that stuff just has to keep happening for people to cut it out. DEI is either banned or working on being banned in 33 states. It’s illegal. It may not seem like it sometimes, but white guilt is a finite resource.

It should still be offered and then people can choose if they want an attorney who passed the bar to represent them or not.

Once you defund the police and no one is getting arrested or charged with crimes, then you don’t need qualified lawyers to act as prosecutors and defense attorneys.
