Only if he ever presented it as something other than what it was. If he openly stated he hired day laborers to stand in front of the White House, then he did nothing wrong. A story shining light on the issue of Biden flooding the country with illegals looking for work that provides illegal, untaxed pay is just that.
Did he present pictures of LEOs supposedly whipping illegals, knowing that the recorded footage did not show that? Did he cry about Trump putting kids in cages using pictures from the Obama admin? Did he edit interviews to present somebody's answers as different than what they actually gave? Those are violations of journalistic standards.

I've posted it before but I now understand how all the people I see on the roads in the middle of day when most people should be working at the office or home are able to drive late model luxury SUVs, sedans and trucks. We have truly become a nation of parasitic grifters. I almost feel like a sucker for actually carrying my own weight.
