If the FBI ever had the computer it's either been lost, stolen or pulverized.

FOX 5 DC reporting that there is evidence Seth Rich was in contact with Wikileaks prior to his death.

Wikileaks has gone as far as they could with Seth Rich without actually revealing that he is the source of the leaks.

PS - Also, if true, this would totally jive with what Julian Assange has said. He said it was an inside job, and put up $20K for information leading to an arrest in the Rich case.

Oh, and even more damaging to the anti-Trump crowd? This would totally kill the false narrative of "muh Russians"

You think the FBI and Washington Police would cooperate here to get whoever killed him off the streets of Chappaqua,NY.

Yeah, let's totally disregard a little thing called motive
Well that would be something to consider. Of course, motive is neither necessary nor sufficient. Besides who specifically has the motive? And does that negate all other potential motives, in a dangerous city, in an area where crime has risen?

People should go to jail if that laptop is no longer in evidence.

What would the other potential motives be in your opinion?

it is possible that Seth Rich was the DNC hacker and leaker that was killed in an armed robbery attempt were nothing was stolen.

Intentional or not, they're essentially traitors.

Doesn't matter. You can bet Wiki has preserved their end of those contacts. Ya know, suicide prevention and all

This only provides evidence he was potentially a leaker.

Wait, Seth Rich is potentially a Russian?

Rod Wheeler, a private investigator hired by the Rich family, suggests there is tangible evidence on Rich's laptop that confirms he was communicating with WikiLeaks prior to his death.

quote:

"The police department nor the FBI have been forthcoming,” said Wheeler. “They haven't been cooperating at all. I believe that the answer to solving his death lies on that computer, which I believe is either at the police department or either at the FBI. I have been told both.”

quote:

When we asked Wheeler if his sources have told him there is information that links Rich to Wikileaks, he said, “Absolutely. Yeah. That's confirmed."

quote:

Wheeler also told us, "I have a source inside the police department that has looked at me straight in the eye and said, ‘Rod, we were told to stand down on this case and I can’t share any information with you.’ Now, that is highly unusual for a murder investigation, especially from a police department. Again, I don’t think it comes from the chief’s office, but I do believe there is a correlation between the mayor's office and the DNC and that is the information that will come out [Tuesday].

That's nearly the entire article quoted there. Kind of hard to trust this one PI's opinion when he hasn't seen the laptop. He says the story has been confirmed, but he didn't offer up any kind of "source" for the wikileaks connection. Even a confidential one.

The countless other reasons, that random people get murdered, far more frequently.

Of course, I think it's more likely a person botched a robbery and freaked out without stealing anything, than a professional assassin faking a robbery and not stealing anything to solidify it.
