Your OP was about helping Iran do so.
To be clear, I'm not trying to dispute that Russia might be trying to help them with this. I'm just wondering where it has actually occured to date, if they have done so. I haven't seen a whole lot of successful "targeting of US forces" thus far.

Much better would be to aid Ukraine again - they're already bleeding Russia and could do it better with our help. Plus, they're actually offering to help us against Shaheds which they've been learning to counter for years.
