Well 50% know just by the people he has on his "team" that he can't be trusted to be fair, and the other 50% don't want him to be fair or ethical. They just want him to get Trump by any means necessary.

To be consistent with my theme of polls being trash I will ignore this one as well, but I know that those intelligent enough can see Mueller and his team for the frauds that they are.
It is fraught with bias and dishonesty. The special counsel and his team should have been considered unethical at the outset. It should have been dissolved with the issues it has been connected to during the middle of it.

I don't know enough about the technical aspect of law to answer that question. I also don't get led around by talking points as you do quite often.
