Supreme Court has already stated that fed gov has authority over immigration enforcement.
Obama’s DOJ sued to prove that right.
So state government scant regulate how or where fed gov (ICE) enforces its congressionally authorized tasks.

It’s one thing to ignore federal laws (see sanctuary cities). It’s a whole different ballgame to codify restrictions on federal laws. You would have thought the dems would have learned their lesson regarding states rights vs federal in the 1860’s

If there was ever any doubt as to why the commies are doing all this stuff, this action says it loud and clear. May they rot in commie hell!

Gee, I wonder why they wouldn't want immigration law to be enforced in that specific area.
Because democrats only care about free and fair elections.
You can tell by the laws they create, and by the laws they block.

Not only is this stupid on its face because states cannot deter federal law enforcement, but 40 feet is like 2 car lengths. Honestly, what is that gonna do?

Lol, a state can't dictate where federal law enforcement can enforce federal law

Will the Black Panthers be allowed to say hi to folks inside the 40’ perimeter?

Why stop at 40 feet?? Why not 100? A mile? 50 miles?!

State law can't trump federal law.
That state law, if signed, would be found unconstitutional immediately.
So don't worry about it.
