This is what happens when you publicly brag that your primary concern in all hiring decisions for the last four years has been DEI. Whether it’s the pilots or the air traffic controllers, the number one consideration for four years has been how many boxes an employee checks.
But of course then, we’re not allowed to talk about it when shite hits the fan and gross incompetence rears its ugly head as it so often does.
