You must joking! You know darn well that the USA will certainly give plenty of foreign aid money to Black South Africa and Zimbabwe in the coming decades.

Don't speak from pure emotion. Surely, logic dictates that US foreign aid WILL go to South Africa, no matter what the natives do to the Boers.

When do the Obama's or the Clinton's ever distribute the money they collect through their foundations to anyone other than themselves. I think troyt37 proved RTM4's point.
