A sad day and no reason for that shot. It will be justified because of the current climate and the protestor being associated with Trump and their attempt to accuse him of sedition.
Both the democrats and republicans in power are failing to grasp the social climate and the situation at hand. This will be only the beginning.

And if I'm being totally honest with myself, I have no issues with that.
It's the US Capitol, before yesterday I would 100% expect to be shot if I breached that building in that manner.

This seems REALLY simple. You can't call that a bad shoot. That window was the line that wasn't going to be crossed and she crossed it and got shot.
This is not a parish cop kicking in someone's door. They decided that was the line at which point people were a threat to national security and kept people from crossing it. I'm sure it will come out that he was well within the ROE and probably could have legally started shooting earlier than he did.
Yall need to step back from this for a while. Its toxic.

I think more information will come out and we will see.
I'll continue working off the idea that if you break into the US Capital there are going to be no-go zones which will be protected with force.
Its hard to tell from the arm patches of the cops if they are Metro or Capital Police, so they may not have been fully aware of why that was being protected.
I will also say that the shooter could end up being a nicely dressed security guard and completely overreacted. We will know more as the facts come out.

And the shooter should be held accountable.
In Seattle, private businesses were looted and burned, while cops stood outside and made sure the looters could get their stolen LCD TVs to their cars safely.
The guy is a trigger happy murderer.
