This is not a state or federal facility. The business can refuse to serve anyone for any reason. If this was a state or federal run business, then they would be sued for sure.

this is no way close to the gay baker case...
in the baker case, they asked for a custom cake to be made for them, and it violated their faith and definition of marriage.
they did curse them, or demand they leave, they just said, we're not offering that service.
