In my service-industry job I was given the power to refuse service. Whether ownership backs the employee here is certainly a decision for the owner to make. But unauthorized filming is definitely something I could refuse service for.
This dude will most likely lose his job but it will be for losing his cool and cussing dude out rather than for refusing service.
They both seem like tools from this video but we don’t know what happened before the recording started. Surely a sign of the times.
