It's a free market and this is a capitalist country (which the guy who flipped out hates capitalism - he also said that in the video you didn't watch)
So no, technically it's NOT a protected class. Also, No I don't believe they HAVE to serve them.
I've been denied service at a tobacco store because the lady assumed I was buying papers to roll joints. Real talk - I was buying them for my friends mom who actually rolls her own cigarettes... cigs are trashy all the way around and so is vaping. So what did I do? Went to a grocery store that sold papers and bought them there.

It was a black girl that was around my age at the time, she was real chill about everything... this was probably like 5 years ago or so
I laughed cause I thought she was joking at first and then when she wasn't I chuckled 1 more time and walked out
Wasn't a big deal to me and this the first time I've even thought about that encounter since it happened those years ago.
She did discriminate against the weed smokers though
