That said, are some common sense laws needed at some level to at least provide a layer of child protection for the rudderless, the ignored, or the vulnerably susceptible?
You kids and my kids may well know right from wrong, but the battle is way uphill if values and influence of the other 20 kids in the class are devoid or compromised.
