Read Here

During their research, they found several things like:

-Black people had higher incarceration rates than white people

-Black people are more likely to be treated unfairly in the criminal legal system when compared to their white counterparts

-Black neighborhoods typically had poorly developed housing and infrastructure with limited access to affordable housing

-Policies reinforced redlining and segregation

-Compared to their white counterparts, Black people are more likely to live in poverty in St. Pete

-Mistrust by Black citizens in the healthcare system, on average Black men and women die earlier than their white counterparts

That's all cause and effect.

Men make up 90 percent of the prison system. Is the system sexist against men?

Why? Answer that question, why?

Its not because of this:

Regardless of race if you’re on government assistance and don’t have a father in your home you are statistically fricked

End the welfare state and promote dual parent households and Christian values

I’ll bet you they didn’t look at Black folks who moved out of the ghetto and into mainstream America who didn’t experience any of these misfortunes.

It specifically mentions south St Pete. That place is an absolute shithole. The rest of that city has experienced an amazing gentrification but, the hood refuses to allow improvements. I used to work that area as a Probation and Parole Officer in the early 90’s. It has never changed.

Thank God. I thought this issue was being ignored.

There are disparate outcomes. We all know this already. The question that must be answered is are those outcomes due primarily to racism, if at all?

The problem with critical race theory is that it assumes racism is the cause of unequal outcomes and then uses that assumption to say all unequal outcomes are bad by design. Therefore we must produce equal outcomes rather than just equal opportunities.

They need to decide if differences in outcome between races is always due to racism or if there are other factors.

If it’s always due to racism then they will have to explain why Asians do better than white people in almost every category.

If differences could be due to other factors then the burden of proof is on them to prove to us black people are doing worse because of racism vs some other variable.

Might have to do with blacks having a murder rate of 13.3 while the US average is 4. That means other rwces are far below 4 to drop do an that far.

Might have to with the fact they keep committing crimes.

Houses are not disposable and require routine maintenance. If you can't maintain your current home, you won't be able to maintain the next one.

When one uses the school system as a daycare you get poor results.

Thats their fault, not the healthcare industry.

That doesn't sound like a scientific conclusion, more like a political conclusion. How did the research define "treated unfairly"?
Real research would have looked for something specific and quantifiable.

Pretty much.

“More black men end up in jail so the justice system is racist!”

How many of those individuals got multiple strikes before finally going up the river for something? Being let off once doesn’t mean you have free reign to keep doing it.

When black people admit it's their problem and, stop white liberals from using them, I'll give a shite.

Other wise, IDGAF.

Stop committing crimes at a higher rate than whites; especially violent crimes.

quote:

Black people are more likely to be treated unfairly in the criminal legal system when compared to their white counterparts

Stop committing multiple offenses time after time. A five-page rap sheet with multiple convictions and previous non-compliance to your previous probation conditions are only going to be a detriment to future sentencing. Also, get a legitimate job so don't have to rely on the IDB for representation.

quote:

Black neighborhoods typically had poorly developed housing and infrastructure with limited access to affordable housing

Stop treating your neighborhood like a trashcan. Black people CHOOSE to live in the "hood." Get a real job and move out if you want to better yourself. Nobody should have to supplement your housing if you choose not to.

quote:

Policies reinforced redlining and segregation

bullshite. Blacks self-segregate and loan institutions shouldn't have to take on more risk because blacks can't get their shite together financially and credit-wise.

quote:

Compared to their white counterparts, Black people are more likely to live in poverty in St. Pete

See all above topics.

quote:

Mistrust by Black citizens in the healthcare system, on average Black men and women die earlier than their white counterparts

Blacks die earlier because they eat like shite and some don't take care of their bodies; mistrust would not be the primary cause here.

There are more blacks in jail/prison because they commit the most crimes. That is an indisputable fact.

Most White crimes are a solo act.

Blacks commit most of their crimes in groups. There is usually two or more perpetrators per crime. That is also part of the reason of them being arrested at a higher rate.

I've worked as a municipal prosecutor and I can tell you without a doubt that economic status has more influence on if you'll be arrested than skin color.
