Who the frick is Erica Carr?
The lawsuit by the union alleged that it is Trump ordering the destruction of documents I find that hard to believe so it all comes down to who this person is and if she actually did that email
As an aside if you are Kash or Bondi where the frick do you even begin - their heads must be spinning

Apparently document destruction is policy and they have to do it. The article indicates that they did this massive document destruction because they're behind due to massive layoffs and they have to move out of the building. Border patrol is moving in.
Also, they were probably ordered to do it. The state department though won't comment on it.

USAID is no longer. The remaining actual USAID contracts that we should keep were moved to the State Department.

The state department didn't respond to a "request for comment" because they're more than happy to let you think something nefarious is going on.
The article gives a reasonable explanation as to why they did what they did. You don't like it? Take it up with the OP. He linked it in that twat.
