Wait, since it’s not criminal to be a noncitizen to vote then there is NO disincentive to vote as one. I bet China has been waiting for this moment to flood us with non-US citizen voters.

So based on this ruling nobody in a blue state would ever be prosecuted for illegal voting ever again if the feds no longer have jurisdiction. Sounds like thats the goal here.
