Israel appears intent on maintaining military operations against Iran’s proxy Hezbollah in Lebanon, an aim that would flout a core element of the fledgling agreement that calls for an end to hostilities in that country, according to intelligence reports, including one circulated this week, said the officials.
The analysis comes at a moment of growing tension between Netanyahu’s government and Trump administration officials, who have publicly warned Israel against launching attacks against Hezbollah that might derail Trump’s deal.

Meh. Seems like Iran is undermining it. Expecting Isreal to let Hezbollah attack them from Lebanon for Iran is peak stupidity.

There is no Peace Deal. This is all a ploy to kick things down the road past the midterms. Also, the US was burning through its arsenal of ammo faster than it could be replenished. The ammo issue has long-term strategic implications if the US can't correct it.

This is dumb. Israel is not just going to let some terrorist organization keep attacking them without a response. No country in their right mind would allow that. Israelis have every right to defend themselves.
