There were two “ lawyers” on the panel which is laughably incompetent, I trust they were legal experts like SFP portrays himself

No one, no one should be surprised by this. It is NYC, the DA and Judge are corrupt as hell.
This was going to happen all along. It will fall on appeal, but until that happens the rats have their talking point. Which is what they wanted all along.

The Supreme Court just today had a 9-0 decision in favor of the NRA when it was obvious bullshite against them. In obvious cases, the Supreme Court is actually quite good. RBG is rolling in her grave over this shite.
