One of OK senators:

Markwayne Mullin
@SenMullin

This is a very dark day in American history. The far-Left has unleashed a disgraceful, unprecedented assault on the leading Republican candidate for president. President Trump will fight this sham of a conviction, and the American people will have the ultimate word this November.

I'm guessing this is as far out as he could delay it.

Apparently in New York you can.

New York State Felon Registration Rights

Passsed in 2021

quote:

A new law passed in 2021, restores the right to vote for a person convicted of a felony upon release from incarceration, regardless of if they are on parole or have a term of post-release supervision. If a convicted felon is not incarcerated, they are eligible to register to vote.

67% say a conviction wouldn't change their vote.

Trump is toast with those numbers.

The River of Cash that will now flow to the Trump campaign will be note-worthy.

thought I'd never see the day when "conservatives" are cheering on Stasi style kangaroo courts.

at least the Stasi made up crimes to convict and imprison their political opponents.

I hope he wins in November and on January 21st, 2025 instructs his DOJ to go after every single one that politically persecuted him. The democrats started this banana republic business. It's time for Trump to finish it and finish them once and for all. Hang every single one of them.

interesting.

Hillary paid for opposition research and was fined.

The FEC said Clinton and the DNC claimed the money given to Perkins Coie to hire Fusion GPS was reported on disclosure forms as having gone toward “legal advice and services” rather than opposition research

except Hillary paid far more and it was much more overt campaign related. and she reported it wasn't. she reported it as legal services. I wonder why she was not indicated for filling those forms out dishonestly

That's my problem with all of this. Russiagate is the biggest political scandal in the history of the country and one low-level attorney got a slap on the wrist.

What of the remaining 33% said they absolutely would change their vote?

Also, when was that poll taken? Because after what happened with this trial, I suspect those responses would change.
