I guess you are conceding that threatening the life of the President is not protected by 1A?
I agree it will be difficult to prove. I concede it may even be harassment via lawfare. But there is some justice in knowing Comey will become a victim of the same apparatus the smug bastard used to destroy other people lives.

This is why it's impossible to have a discussion here. I think Comey is a POS and I wish he had a real indictment coming. This may start with federal grand juries, but it won't stay there.

Reasonable people understand what greyhound is saying. And the same people understand what the former director of the FBI means. He knows better.
