Kind of a let down if you ask me, he will beat that charge, some lefty billionaire will pay for his defense, and then he will be all over the airwaves talking about he be witch hunt…. That dude committed so many crimes and will walk, ugh!

So we can scratch contingency off your list.
Let’s talk about pro-bono. I guess it’s possible. Maybe Maureen will rep him? Maybe Mark Elias? (Does Mark do criminal work?) Will a big firm allow their resources to be tied up defending a millionaire?
Also, in your attempt at educating me, you left off pro-se. But who would want a fool for a client?

quote:Tally up the manhours, resources and time expended by the Biden Administration on lawfare and do a quick cost comparison to the current Administration. TIA
Imagine if this administration put the same effort into fixing this country's affordability crisis as they did in trying to use political lawfare. They might actually be able to make a difference.

It’s nice that you’re concerned about his representation but Comey will be just fine. Should be some good entertainment for the rest of us.

If making the guy spend money on legal fees to get charges dismissed is what makes your little pecker hard, who am I to judge? To each their own.

There’s a very low threshold here where people claim some sort of political victory.

This one is going to be really fun. Budgeting some time for it.

It is refreshing to see something happening.
This guy is obviously corrupt, hopefully the system will work this time and put him behind bars.
This is just the beginning...

Read all of this. I hate Comey as much as anyone, probably more, but this only paints him as a victim and will be innocent on 1st amendment.

Now that you agree with me that this will at a minimum destroy some of his time and wealth, I think my work is done.

What's worse is that he ran to the media and said it was just a cute little arrangement of shells that he took a picture of, posted, and didn't think anything about it.
And the media just said "Yeah, that's right! Those dumb conservatives and their silly conspiracy theories!"
Exactly! He tried to play innocent.

You haven’t considered any of the negatives though. We’ll all have to bear Comey’s public victory lap when this is over.
