Interstates are marked "no pedestrians", vehicles have the right of way established by case law. You're in the middle of an interstate, in the middle of the night like fricking idiots, the driver was driving along and suddenly sees a car sideways in front of him, veers around it and suddenly there's a crowd of idiots in the roadway, sorry. Their injuries are 100% their own fault

Apparently Highway patrol had the interstate closed off, but the driver went the wrong way up a ramp and accessed the road. Three more lives ruined by anarchocommunist shitheads. Well done.

Too much empathy clouds the ability to think with reason and logic, and that's what's wrong with this country right now. I don't want any decent person, no matter their political views, to be injured or killed. If people that walk out on an interstate to "protest" don't understand they are increasing the likelihood of being injured, then they are ignorant to realities. Point being, when you make the conscious decision to do something really stupid for very little value and get yourself hurt doing so, it's typically not going to elicit much empathy.
I'm a very risk/reward - logic oriented person. If you want me to do something that increases the risk I could be killed, it better have some major fricking reward associated with it.
