He came across as combative and angry. He was forceful when he did it and antagonistic at other times. There was nothing “presidential” about it.

He certainly pulled off the baffle them with bullshite strategy. He was amped up to start but started to flag after just an hour.

They don't let him speak more because the high levels of drugs they need to pump him full of to make him able to read a teleprompter are harmful with side effects that will force him to be hidden for a week.
