Think it's based on ISIS own twitter feed. Not this person specifically, but a Brit in particular and I think the Brit reporter they have is female.

ISIS is going to make that execution particularly gruesome. And she will more than likely be freaking out on camera (rightfully so) which will make the video extraordinarily awful when compared to the horror of the previous beheadings.
