sadly, many were forced to take it against their will just so they could keep their jobs and support their families. or the elderly like our parents who were the most vulnerable, and they were convinced it was safer to risk the shot side effects, rather than risk getting covid. they will die as well, and that is truly a sad thing.

One starting with tort reform and run by honorable people who actually care about people
There is a problem with the system when new treatments/shots THAT WORK can be produced for 15 cents yet “costs” 15,000 dollars to buy directly.
Then, if you want insurance to pay for it, you have to go through 15 different procedures, paying for those first, before your insurance will cover the 15,000 dollar “costs” of the treatment.
It’s a broken system rigged for big insurance companies to ream patients. If something works and is cheap two possibilities occur:
1. Either it is ignored or invalidated. This occurs if no patent is active. See ivermectin.
2. The price suddenly skyrockets because of “demand”. This occurs when the price can legally be gouged.

Ok, you're describing our current system, which has a lot of problems, mainly regulation and government intervention. But our current system isn't the only possible for-profit model that exists. Market pressures have been suppressed, the aforementioned tort scams leading to defensive medicine; it has plenty of problems not related to market pressures and profit.
And while you pointed out problems you still didn't describe your alternative. Can you explain your alternative system and how it works without a profit motive?

How can you be so certain of that?
In 2020, nationwide we had 12 cases of the flu, but suddenly millions of this new thing called covid. Did we? Really? And the flu now has made a stunning comeback, hasnt it?
How do we know the wastewater data isnt substituting the flu detection for covid, just like the test swabs did in 2020?
Theres no way you can know. You just accept what they are telling you as fact. Just like you did for a vaccine, that ended up not preventing anything. Which forced them to change the definition of the word 'vaccine'. Midstream
