How about a rule that says no person under indictment can earn delegates toward the Republican nomination?

I expect them to try something like this. They will say it's not about Trump it's just not a good idea to have a nominee under indictment.
^^^This. I am being facetious saying no orange man allowed. You know it's coming.

They will not allow Trump on a debate stage. They want their establishment crap only.

They will never be able to fake authenticity.

They thought Ron would stop Don. They are very deranged.

It is two-fold now they HATE beyond words Trump; but no one will stop their great reset.

It is why the ready for Ron posts here are palpable beyond a regular primary. Anyone with a functioning brain can see DeSantis, Youngkin, won't stop the great reset.

So they will place a D like Newsome or Big Mike. Ron will be paid very well to be the Romney fall guy.

Trump could have never gotten into politics and I'd think RDS or Youngkin would be good candidates

Sounds like the RNC is taking a play from the DNC playbook. They want the party elites to choose the nominee, not us lowly voters.

Yep. He may still not be able to own anything, but hopefully will get the better quality bugs to eat after the Great Reset, as his reward. He will deserve it.

The person who should care is Ron DeSantis. He needs to realize he is being used to take down Trump and the cost will be his own political future.

I don't think he risks his political future if he runs against Trump fair-and-square. If he gets the nomination due to some RNC shenanigans, he's done.

They can always save a bunch of time and money, ditch the primaries, and do a smoke filled back room deal.

So who will stop the insanity we now see? From geo-politics to the economy?

CAD posted a warning thread about your obsessed posts. You and Noles are way too much. Which one of you is HHTM?

HHTM liked to degrade people like you do about cheap beer and double wides.

They're going to try to use Superdelegates like the Democrats do so the establishment Dems can control their nomination process.

Then they will guarantee a trump independent run and a Democrat will win

But I'm fine with that. Bring on three parties

Well, we could always support the guy who sat idly by and let a dementia patient and a vapid whore steal an election from him...

I plan to vote for whichever of Trump or DeSantis can win the primary. However, if the RNC swamp tilts the rules to favor DeSantis, I will 100% refrain from voting

I have no idea what an RNC delegate amendment "for DeSantis" would mean.

It would mean getting Bernie Sanders'd.

"The energy is there, grassroots conservatives see the Governor as a leader and a fighter with a winning conservative track record who will lead the Republican Party to victory in 2024," Cuccinelli said in a press release announcing the formation of the Never Back Down PAC.

"Based on those conversations, I am most confident that we will build an unmatched grassroots political army for Governor DeSantis to help carry him to the White House."
Political Army? Announce a rally in Pittsburgh in the stadium and fill it with overflow.

Cuccinelli probably blows Paul Ryan on the reg.
