Not even close.

It’s a reference to the weak defense mechanism whereby poster A makes up shite whole cloth to deflect from the topic and make it personal. It’s a regular tactic here.

It was employed minutes ago by another poster.

Like this.

Poster A makes a comment that triggers a victim of low EQ.

Poster B: the victim of low EQ, because she’s triggered, makes up a lie like “oh yeah, we all know you voted for DSA”.

Lame? Yes. Lazy? Yes. Dumb? Yes.

But now you understand.

This is bar for bar the rhetoric that’s been used to attempt to tamp down antisemitism on the far right for decades, it will collapse on the left in the same way it has on the dissident right.

I think Oct 7 and then Gaza opened us all up to the barbarism of both sides.

One of the glass half full things of the alt right becoming more of the electorate on the right is they’re not susceptible to the Benny Hagee mysticism on Israel that the Christian right was in the past. I really think the Dems get El Sayd and Ossoff together and try to blend the positions to moderate on Israel. shite, even Trump and Bibi agreed to stop funding as they saw it was a political loser here.

Except that’s not what happened at all

I don’t necessarily disagree they will attempt to moderate, i just don’t see it being good enough for the majority of the left.

You believe Bibi voluntarily turned down billions “because they don’t need it”?

Soo you suggest Israel should have at least considered a slightly less uhh mean option, say perhaps a demand for a public apology from the Palestinians, and shake hands like gentleman? Call it halvsies and call it a day??

That is the type of creativity we need in Washington BC folks!!

That was performative and I would bet there are workarounds.

I think the far left is about to be left in the wilderness. When AOC goes on a show and mea culpas for woke 1.0, she’s laying the groundwork to leave the tranny DEI shite behind. That’s not a winning position for most of America and Docta Jill Biden and Kamala proved that.

I did not know that. Good find and share.

But even more reason to tone it the frick down on giving everything to Israel. I think that’s no longer just a position found on the left. It used to be nowhere on the right but is now a growing sect on the right. And we have Nick Fuentes to thank for it

They’ve been priming that pump for years now. They’re framing it as a strategic partnership moving forward rather than one-sided funding.

I did catch Bibi try to spin it that way.

My larger point is if Jon Ossoff, pandering to his left flank, comes down a little harder on Israel, he’s not going to alienate most people on the right like he would have 15 years ago. As a matter of fact, he may perk up the ears of a few young groypers.

The groypers will almost certainly, barring a true dark horse candidate on the right emerging in the next nine months, be throwing their support behind the left in ‘28. MAGA has to be thoroughly purged and I don’t see that happening in the next cycle. The far right needs the far left to expose themselves for what they are in order for there to be enough desperation to usher in a radical right wing regime.

There’s a nihilism in the groypers that won’t let it become mainstream. Most will outgrow it as they grow up. But it is rooted in an economic stagnation for their generation that will only become worse with AI so they may not get to the marriage, kids, and mortgage that usually moderates people.

The irony is eventually both groypers and the far left will be voting for UBI and socialism as it’s going to be necessary to placate the majority of the working age population.

Sounds like we’re substituting Israel in for Western Europe who left us to the Muslim hordes.
