Do you realize that Trump talked about Iran after he road down the elevator? Literally, in our first exposure to candidate Trump, he said that Iran couldn't have a nuke.
In 1980, Trump said we should have attacked Iran for taking our people hostage.
This is not a new war for Trump. So many people are simply uninformed. Trump has been talking about keeping Iran in check for decades, certainly since he first ran for office.
If you feel betrayed by Trump over this, then you were not paying attention.

In that video of Sachs, he talks about Trump "ripping up" the nuclear agreement with Iran. He also said that Iran doesn't want a nuke.
Iran has 60% enriched uranium. No country in the history of the world has ever enriched to that degree and not created a bomb. Nuclear energy can be done at 3%, so why is Iran refusing to not enrich further?
Anyone who thinks Iran doesn't want nukes is a moron. Anyone who thinks Obama's deal and pallets of cash was preventing Iran from achieving a nuke is as well.
Sachs happens to think both.

“Literally” Trump said we ended their nuclear program months ago, why are you bringing up nukes?
