So Jews believe in Christ?
The first Christians were Jews. They saw themselves as Jews. They lived as Jews. It wasn’t until actual gentiles started becoming Christians that the religion began to diverge from Judaism. Haven’t you read Galatians?

I suggest you read the Talmud.
The leaders of the Jewish faith did not think the same as you.

Which was written a few hundred years after the time period that we’re discussing.

I have. And again, it was written a few hundred years after the time period that we’re discussing.

So, it may be more of a perspective tilt-a-whirl than a semantic one.

You must be Mormon/ Because you know nothing of the founding of Christianity
For 300 years the founders of the Christian Church were all members of the Jewish faith, attended the synagogue and read from the Torah, and sought to fulfill the law of the prophets even as converted Christians
Further Reading:
* Life of James - brother to Christ, first bishop of Jerusalem
* Life of Peter
* Life of Paul
* Life of John the apostle
* Simeon - selected as James' successor as bishop of Jerusalem
* Justus - the son of James, the “brother” of Jesus, and likely Jude the Apostle
* Zacharius - Who according to Eusebius, was a Jewish Christian. and is recognized as a saint in the Catholic Church

Nah. Christianity had already diverged from Judaism by that point.

You know Jesus lived before Talmud was finalized, right?
So Jews could be both during Christs time. Founded on Judaism and supporters of the Messiah
Ya know the MESSIAH predicted by Judaism??
That Messiah??
Doofus

That’s because Jesus’ first priority was to save the House of Israel then the Gentiles so it stands to reason most early converts were Jews. That doesn’t mean the Law wasn’t fulfilled by Jesus nor does it excuse converted Jews then or certain Churches trying to cling to the Law today

No. What is your point? They weren’t killed because they were Muslim either which was your idiotic attempt to equate the two lol the internet is hard for you

I think you are coming across as believing that islam is as valid as Christianity.
Jesus Christ is King.
To believe their version is valid is directly contradictory to what we as Christians are compelled to believe based on the word and teachings of the New Testament, so no thats not what I'm saying.
I am saying that their belief in their book drives them to an equal or potentially even greater degree than mine does because they've been fighting religious wars with themselves and their neighbors since before the crusades so understanding their and the Jewish perspective should be a pre-requisite for anyone trying to have a serious conversation about whats going on in the Middle East.
And as it relates to this specific topic Tucker is correct in saying they love Jesus.
So when our President posts something thats objectively blasphemous to the Islamic (and Christian) faith(s) its important to know it, understand why thats true and to realize that it could make him appear like the anti-christ to their theocratic government and be used as such in propaganda in the region.

I understand.

What is "love" absent any philosophical understanding?
Their use of the world love in a religious context is the same as ours, we just believe ourselves to be correct and them wrong.
I could go on a diatribe about how wild and inflammatory both the Koran and the Talmud are to Christians, but I dont have the time and its not worth the trouble to spell it out here.

Do they have one?
I don't really care, I just need to understand them enough to figure out how they're going to respond to certain external prompts.
Like I dont care why when I meet with Japanese business people its critical to follow certain protocols. I just care about what the protocols are so I can avoid causing issues unnecessarily.

The problem as I see what you are getting at, is very little of what Muslims are doing has anything to do with their perspective of Jesus. I would say the same about the Israelis.
So Tucker bringing up the notion that, hey they "love Jesus" or at least they think they do from their perspective, is nothing but a meaningless red herring. I mean, do you really think that has anything to do with anything substantive here?

I think Tucker is trying to rattle Christians to understand that the Muslims hold Jesus in high regard, while the Jews had him killed.
I mean even the founder of the groyper movement, Nick Fuentes, has said Tuck has become too anti Semitic.
