I wonder if he’s gonna try to make Fox still pay by arguing that Twitter is not a traditional media company, so as long as he doesn’t get paid by Twitter to produce the content, Fox should still have to pay him per the contract. Make Fox pay, not Twitter.

doesnt work that way, if he does any broadcasting he voids his contract money. it doesnt matter if its a podcast or twitter.
he shuts up and disappears for 2 years and agrees to be silenced, or he gets no money.
so he is setting up his income before he burns that bridge, as any smart person would do.
