Plenty of articles out there on how Roberts and Kavanaugh will be the new swing justices and how Roberts doesn't want the Court to look overtly partisan. Funny how that only is a concern if conservatives are in the majority. You can bet the farm if HRC had won and the SCOTUS was 6-3 communist then there would be no concerns in the media about consensus with the three renegade conservative holdouts.

People elected Trump because they thought he could make the deals necessary to achieve his campaign promises. I do place some blame on Trump for the promises he has yet to fulfill.

You can’t make deals if the groups you managing are willing to burn the whole thing down. The voters need to vote these dumbasses out, but the voters as a whole have been their own worst enemy.

Sure there is, the money to do those things - which the House (Democrats) now controls.
You think the House is going to give him the money to build the wall? No. If he shuts down the government over it, Pelosi will just remind everyone that he said he'd get the Mexicans to pay for it. He never mentioned we'd front them the cash.
Trump blew his chance when he had control of both houses. Now he doesn't have the political savvy to unite his own party, much less both parties together.
