Carlson comments on Trump Jan 4 2021 text message-

“We are very, very close to being able to ignore Trump most nights," "I truly can't wait."
"I hate him passionately,"

So how does that mesh with the pro trump folks?
Do you now hate Tucker?

Has he ever said he's a trump lover? Not sure how this changes much.

From time to time I disagree with both Trump and Tucker. Overall, they are two awesome patriots.

What's your point?

Hmmmmmmm.... I'm pretty sure they made up. They seemed to get along well during their sit down interview last week.

Hate might be a bit strong but I certainly don't want our media "liking" the politicians they are supposed to hold to account.

Are you even aware that Tucker can be good at journalism AND have different opinions? I know, weird concept from Leftists that only conform to group think.

A little more context is needed. It's not like anyone ever says something in the heat of the moment.

NO. I don't have to agree with someone 100% to listen to them. I am a Trump supporter and a Tucker fan. You can be both. I would love to be able to sit down and debate that topic with Tucker but I agree with him 90% of the time. That's good enough for me.

welcome to a month ago. Tucker explained this completely in several podcasts. I am not going to try to explain. Look it up.

I think he’s like most people on the right, he likes what was Trump was able to accomplish he just wishes he knew how to STFU. Like Trump or hate him, he did more for the American people than any American president since we were illegally sold to the federal reserve!

Correct.

Do you have a best friend, a brother or sister... have you ever said something shitty about them? Been angry? Maybe even your parents?

I wish I was a good enough human being that I could say I've never been aggravated and said dumb shite about people I liked and/or cared about, but I'm not there. I hope you are!

It’s comical to watch Dems and RINOs try to play gotcha on Trump’s positions or friends/enemies. Trump supporters can actually disagree with him on positions (vaccines, bailouts, immigration reform, Bud Light, etc) and still support his candidacy.
You all HAVE to be 100% in lockstep with your candidate even if it hurts American interests. And you have the nerve to call his supporters cultists

Disengenuous?

Nah

Here’s a bit more from what Tucker has said in regards to Trump and the 4 years he was in office-

"That's the last four years. We're all pretending we've got a lot to show for it, because admitting what a disaster it's been is too tough to digest. But come on. There isn't really an upside to Trump”
