Did I hear that right? He is the first sitting Republican Senator since 2012 to lose a Primary? So in 14 years we haven't had one GOP Senator lose their primary for reelection? This is why we are in the situation we are in, we need term limits for Congress. These guys get in, get a money machine behind them ,and it becomes nearly impossible to vote them out.

I think it is even worse on the Dem side. I believe it has been since 1992 since an incumbent Dem Senator lost a primary.
Honestly, this in an indictment on the voting age population of this country. Once these bastards get in the first time, they dig in like ticks and we just leave them there hanging from our balls, sucking us dry.
