Levin was triggered?

Yes. The news of Trump's speech prompted some to say that it was bad news for neocons and Israel firsters. So Levin's name was brought up by someone calling him these adjectives and he told the guy be a man and call him

Doubt it, Saudi and Israel aren't enemies. Saudi and Iran are bitter enemies.

A Muslim is a Muslim. When push comes to shove their religion are above all and they are brothers. Saudi and Iran will ally against US and Israel.

Yep, we may not have built the buildings but certainly taught them how to drill and produce oil.

I haven’t watched it but from what I have heard from everybody in the news, podcasts, etc - it was a fricking grandslam

I’m ashamed I ever voted for W or Cheney. They destroyed so many lives with Iraq and Afghanistan. frick McCain, Romney, and all the neocon warmongers.

When delivering a message you first tell them what your going to tell them. Then you tell them. Then you tell them what you told them. It sounds repetitive, but it leaves no doubt what the message is.

Only a large scale religious crusade could bring them all together again. Their royal families are no different than our career politicians.

I first heard this on Part of the Problem and was dumbfounded… in a good way.

Not that I’m not down with most of Trump’s foreign policy but that was on the level of Ike’s “military industrial complex” in his farewell speech.

You can take or leave Smith but he was all in on it.

I know. It’s crazy how he repeats himself. So many times when he talk about the war in Ukraine he always mentions the thousands of young men and they’re not American men, they’re Ukrainian young men. He repeats it every time almost verbatim.
It’s funny how he does that.

It's amazing how long he can talk and cover every topic under the sun. You are left with no doubt where he stands. the only negative he repeats himself often.

It’s a shame that his legacy will be so muddied that it isn’t well noted what an amazing speaker he is. He is a marathon runner of speaking and will wear your arse out to the point he may start to make sense

Seriously, politics aside, he gets people’s attention all over the world. That used to be the only thing that mattered, but here we are.

A great speech. Seemed like it was received well. An olive branch was offered to the people of Iran. Let’s see how they respond.

What's sad is people like you who think we should support Israel because they are a "Christian" nation. Israel is 1.9% Christian as a population. Jew ? Christian.

I’m sure it was a good week for Trump, personally. His advance man, Don, Jr.,
had laid the groundwork for Trump to clos very lucrative deals with the Saudis
New hotels and resorts on the Arabian Peninsula could be very sweet for the family.
