Trump won’t be arrested or indicted

I imagine that Obama and his Allies have stepped in and said this will only help Trump in the future and make democrats look bad. Obama said back in the fall that the party needed to move on from continuously trying to “get Trump” because it doesn’t win votes.

As much as I dislike Obama, he was a lot sharper (even before dementia) than Biden. He is just as sharp now. He's 100pct correct about this and the smartest thing the democrats could've done was forget this whole idea two weeks ago.

The question is, how are they going to pull back on this without looking like they are "exonerating" him?
