Stormy Daniels broke her NDA and hired Michael Avenatti to defend her and go after Trump. Daniels and Avenatti have been in court and part of their argument concerns this $130k. They are trying to depose POTUS as part of this case. Michael Cohen, as the one guy who signed the NDA with Daniels, denied Trump knew anything about the payment. Trump, when asked, also said he knew nothing about the payment. Guiliani just blew their bull shite out of the water tonight...Trump's own fricking attorney just fricked up his client in another case.

So what does any of that have to do with Mueller?

Because they don't give a shite about the civil matter, they care about any criminal matters, which Rudy just made it nearly impossible to get Cohen for a campaign finance violation, which as I've explained to you stupid motherfrickers several times, if you read the memo naming Mueller as Special Counsel he could certainly investigate as part of his mandate.

There would have been NO RAID AND THEREFORE NO RECORDS SEIZED if not for Mueller referring him to SDNY.

Stormy Daniels lawsuit is not what prompted the raid that obtained the records, you ignorant frick.

MUELLER DID.

And this has what to do with anything? Put down the Busch Light and focus.

Reminder that Hastert was convicted of trying to hide hush money through structured payments to his victims....

I think he got popped for keeping cash withdrawals under 10k and lying to the FBI.

If Trump just wrote the check, I don’t think that would apply.

I guess this earth shattering development will cause the unhindged msm to start a public trump hatred movement complete with fakenews, the rinos will now definitely be against him and maybe there will be a special counsel appointed to derail his presidency...

Never said she was. But if the reimbursements to Cohen are deemed structured payments in an attempt to hide them, it is potentially a crime.

Avenatti or whatever that douche's name is, along with some conservative dudes on Twitter, are saying RG hinted at possible structuring. I haven't seen the whole thing so I don't know exactly which part they're talking about.

What crime are you trying to claim was committed here? Why don’t you explain that in detail first since You’re certain they’ve got him now-?

Then we’ll explain why you’re wrong.

I don't care about a headline. I care about facts.

You are the example of what's wrong in this nation. Lack of critical thinking.

I have asked in 2 threads for pro socialists to lay the case out for the contradiction and have yet to see where any of you can.

What's there to fear? Surely you have the mental ability to do that.

WebsterTake your argument up with Miriam Webster. They disagree with you. Read the examples. A statement need not be made by the same person to contradict a prior statement. If you still disagree..and are smarter than Webster, then I can only blame my ignorant professors and poor LSU education.

True
But later, he found out...and then reimbursed

No one is arguing what a contradiction is. What we are arguing is the timeline, which is relevant here. Trump may not have originally known about the stormy payments. No one knows for sure except trump and Cohen

That’s how he will harmonize it, I’m sure. May depend on the timing.

I will agree with that. If reimbursement was made after April 6, then he is good as far as his statement goes. But then the question will be why he waited until after April 6 to reimburse...and why after the 130k payment became an issue. Doesn't look good..but again...unless you are in the tank for the left, it doesn't matter....
