Really makes not much difference when the payment was made, I would immagine Trump's legal bills run into the millions per year, unless he personally recieved an itemized invoice he may have been unaware and his accountants simply paid a legal fee as invoiced.

In the scale of his business 130 grand is cat scratch and they would never question it from his personal lawyer.

It that case yes, Cohen made the payment, yes, he was repaid, and yes, Trump did not know the details.
