Sounds great. This is the kind of stuff that should have been pushed day one. That said, if he somehow makes this happen, even w/ all the insane spending he's signed onto and the war, he'd rocket up the list of best presidents ever in my book.

Family, friends, charities, and churches will do a much better job of helping people who are deserving of help.

Cut our taxes and get government out of the welfare business. Of course, this won't happen, but it should.
